Troffer Retrofit Installation Instructions
1. Electrically deactivate the fixture
to be retrofitted. If applicable, clean
the lens.
5. Electrically re-activate the fixture.
2. Remove existing lamp
s, ballast
cover

s, and socket bars.
6. Inst
all the new specular reflector
insert. Compress peak of reflector
and align slot
s in reflector with t

on socket bars.
3. Follow manufacturers instruc-
tions and inst
all new electronic bal-
last. When possible re-use existing
lampholders (unless cracked or
damaged). Do not connect power
.
7. Remove protective pre-mask
from reflector to expose highly
reflective surface.
4. Slide lampholders onto new
socket bars and direct wires
through center punchout. Center
socket bar and att
ach with (2) self-
t
apping screws.
8. Inst
all new
T8 lamp
s and close
fixture. Retrofit is complete.
