Non-Pulsatile Microfluidics Pump
● Non-pulsatile–No moving parts ● 100nL to 90µL volume range ● 250nL/min.–10µL/min. flow rate
range
● Accuracy–Smooth, controlled flow
for a wide range of rates with a standard deviation of less than 5%
● Minimal power requirements
– <250mW needed allows this pump to run off battery or solar power
● Rated at 30 PSI, can be modified
for pressure up to 300 PSI
SF-MFP
● Nominal dead volume with the
self priming cap
PUMPS, MICROINJECTION
● Compact – Less than 2 in2 footprint ● Available in a variety of shapes
The SF-MFP pump delivers smooth, pulse-free flow of volumes from 100nL to 90µL or at rates between 250nL/min. to 10µL/min. Made of PEEK, this tiny pump is compaible with a range of solvents, solutons, buffers and reagents. This pump uses low voltage or current to drive a pumping fluid across a selective membrane. This, in turn, causes an elastic diaphragm to expand and push a controlled amount of fluid to your microfluidic application. The result is very precise and pulse-free flow using a pump that is compatible with a wide range of biological and chemical reagents and solvents.
Magnetic Quick Connect Joints
Throw out your nut and ferrule connections. Now a proprietary connection system uses powerful magnets for leak-proof, self aligning connections that are a snap to assemble. The instantaneous, simple, leak-proof and solid quick connect system is designed for use with the SF-MFP pump.
Controller
The easy to program controller offers great flexibility. You can choose set flow or discreet volumetric dispensing. Operate up to eight pumps independently or together using the controller.
