86 The same applies if you are desperate to become a famous person. Satan will help you to become well-known, but you will be on the wrong track. It will not last long, unless you have the natural ability to be famous. My advice is to be yourself, the person that God intends you to be. Be His loyal disciple and spread God’s Good News. Hope is an excellent way to keep believing that everything you dream will become a reality. However, we must remember that some of our dreams are frightening and, when we wake up after them, we thank God that it was only a dream. When we are hoping, we need to be extremely careful that our wish is not for something evil, otherwise Satan will make sure that it quickly becomes real. Always be sensible in your hopes! Do not hope and pray that you will win huge amounts of money in lotteries or similar gambles, because it could turn to disaster. Acquiring money above what you need to live comfortably does not always bring happiness. Think seriously that what you are hoping for will always reach a happy ending but, by keeping on hoping, you will have a better chance to live a happy, healthy and long life, because you are determined to see that everything you have hoped for will become a reality. During life, almost everything is possible, as long as you do not give up hope. Naturally, everything has a limitation, and we all know our capabilities. It is no use hoping to achieve something of which we are not capable. Praying and hoping has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a little boy of four years of age, when my father had emigrated to Australia, my first hope was to be reunited with him. Unfortunately, because of the Second World War, we lost contact with him for five years, but my hope became reality when I came to Australia in 1948 at the age of sixteen. It was exciting for me to hug and kiss my father.
