46 Do genuinely faithful people practise compassion and justice? I believe that we do not do enough to overcome the same continuing problems which exist in the world. People with power, voice and wealth must do more to close the gap between poverty and wealth. If all genuinely faithful people in the world practised compassion and justice, the world would be a better place for the present and future generations. If your mind experiences a vision about a project you feel is achievable, pray to God, before you start to put it into action, to guide you towards success. Regardless of the type of project, you will experience obstacles. If the project is something which will be beneficial for the progress of the community, Satan will do whatever is necessary to make it difficult for you. Warning, do not panic, just pray that God will intervene and show you the way to reach your vision. When the project is complete, do not forget to thank God for His help, not just by words, but by the size of your contribution to charities, or someone who desperately needs some kind of help. The following is a joke, but could well be a true story! Jack, by nature, was a criminal. When he reached middle age, he had had enough of being in and out of jail, so he turned to God from then on. He did everything according to God’s Doctrines. At the end of his life, he repented and God forgave him for his bad behaviour for half of his life. When he arrived at the Gates of Heaven, St Peter said to him “you are lucky, you just made it - a few more years of bad behaviour, and your eternal life would be in Hell”. So he entered into Heaven to find out that all was peaceful. There were Angels and Saints all over the place, singing happiness everywhere. After a while, he decided to ask St Peter for permission to have a week off, so he could go to Hell to check what it would have been like if he had not repented. St Peter granted his request. When he entered Hell, he was pleasantly surprised how good it was. He was offered a choice of blonde or brunette for a partner. There was everything that he wished for - drinking, music, dancing, fun of all kinds to be had. It was the best week ever, so he decided that Hell was to be his eternal life. He went back to St Peter to tell him that Hell was his choice. St Peter wished him all the best with a handshake.
