FAITH
I believe that genuine faith is God’s gift to humanity, commencing from birth. Faith is powerful and an inspiration for people who believe and trust in God. Life is full of mystery and the unknown about the future, but we are all born naked and could die anytime without notice. We all have individual looks, our own opinions and views, but whatever happens during our lifetime will be history at the end of time. We must all remember that life is a short journey, filled with happiness, sadness and many other emotions. Faith does not exclude us from problems, including hardship and grief. However, faith will help us to accept sacrifices gracefully, knowing that God understands our pain and will help us to overcome suffering. God is merciful and, when He created the Universe, man and woman, and all things that are necessary in life, He was extremely pleased with his accomplishment. He was confident that humanity too would be happy, and obey His laws, so much so that He gave us the freedom of choice. Unfortunately, one of His angels (known as the Devil or Satan) took advantage of freedom of choice and turned nasty towards God. He rejected and opposed all the good things that God created, and he managed to ‘brainwash’ and recruit every human to support his evil distraction, except for one family (the family of Noah). God was so disappointed with humanity, that He decided to destroy humanity across the world. God approached Noah, the only man who refused evil temptations. God told him to build an ark to save himself and his family from flood, and to take on board one pair of each kind of bird and animal. So the flood came and destroyed humanity, except for Noah, his family, and the birds and animals on his ark.
