76 Love has no end to anything that exists in the world. Love keeps the world going around, and will generate peace. It is most important, regardless of temptations, that we will not allow our love to deteriorate. If we do, everything around us will be affected. If, in some way, at any time during your life, you notice this has happened, fix the problem as quickly as possible. Love in our heart must stay alive because, without a loving heart, life has no purpose for living. We must therefore be alert not to let love move away from our hearts and minds. The word “love” has an excellent meaning. We should use it more often during our conversations because, regardless of how much or when you mention that word, the meaning remains the same. In the future, replace some other word which we use regularly with the word “love”, provided that it comes from your heart. Love has all the ingredients to ensure an excellent result in whatever you do but, if you intend to do something without love, the result will be a failure. At the same time, love has to be put into action. The word alone, without visual action, will not go far. If I say I would love to grow my own vegetables, but I am too lazy to work at it, the vegetables will not grow, because I have not planted the seeds. In marriage, genuine love between husband and wife is essential. Getting married for any other reason, to simply carry on a physical relationship for example, is absolutely wrong, and the marriage will not last for long. In these cases, it is worse if there are children in the family. They will suffer the most, because they grow up without a loving atmosphere. Eventually, the marriage will break up, and the children will never know the feeling of life in a family of love. Love is contagious; it starts in the family between husband and wife, then on to the children, and will eventually spread into the community. Love within the family unit is the secret of happiness and unity for them, and their love will help them overcome all family problems that arise during life.
