Lauren finished her first year at University
of Pennsylvania Law School. She received
a Center for Technology, Innovation and
Competition Public Interest Fellowship to
work with the International Intellectual
Property Institute (IIPI) in Washington.

graduated from West Point in May 2012
and is a second lieutenant in the
United States Army.

Judson, Chris, Kristen, Ali, and Carter are
USF Tampa for pre-med, pre-vet, pre-
pharmacy and pre-dental. The university
only accepts 250 students each year. All
five of these Shorecrest alumni began this
program together; they will stay together
for the same classes each day for this
three semester, one year program before
they go on to medical school.

Crishana graduated from Dartmouth in
the spring of 2012 with a B.A. in African/
African-American Studies (History) and is
now pursuing the Edward Connery
Latem, ' 51 Special Collections Internship
at Rauner Special Collections library. Her
history posts have been featured
in the library's blog, and she has curated
an exhibit currently running through
March titled Innovation on the Slopes:
The Early Years of Skiing at Dartmouth.
She looks forward to a second year in
snowy Hanover building her experience
in the university library system before
heading off to graduate school for her
MSIS/MA in Public History dual degree.

2012, Summerly graduated Cum Laude
with a degree in Mass Communications,
with an emphasis in Journalism and
Media Studies from the University of
South Florida. Currently, she is pursuing
a masters degree in Counseling with an
emphasis in Student Affairs

birth to a preemie on December 10th at
Bayfront. Colton Markus Carnes arrived 5
weeks early, weighing in at 6 lbs and measuring
19 1/2 inches in length. He continues to grow
stronger and bigger everyday, and is the joy
of grandparents Dr. Jean Spencer-Carnes,
Director of Admissions, and Marianne and
Mark Mahaffey.
