4 wedges of fresh pineapple chunks
12.5 ml Tanqueray Gin
12.5 ml Grey Goose Vodka
12.5 ml Bacardi Silver
12.5 ml Altos Silver Tequila
12.5 ml Southern Comfort
Juice of 2 squeezed lemons
50ml Guava & Rosewater Purée
100ml lemonade
A fresh pineapple wedge to garnish
MeThod
Take the four wedges of pineapple chunks
and muddle them in the base of a cocktail
shaker. Add the spirits. Then add the Guava
and Rosewater Purée and shake. Strain
the mixture through a fine strain over ice
in a tall glass. Add the lemon juice and
the lemonade. Garnish with a freshly cut
pineapple wedge on the rim.
