LIVING
Potential homeowners are also able
to make use of their own builders and
architects, while certain guidelines are
provided for both, there is a significant
amount of flexibility when building your
Elements dream home. Stands can be
selected from those with elevated views of
the Waterberg Mountains and the valley,
ones with views of the golf course, or those
with more rustic and natural bushveld views.
Owners can also call on the permanent
onsite management of Legacy as well as
a variety of services available such as
housekeeping, landscaping, pool care and
maintenance, the ideal solution for a second
home or investment facility.

According to the Elements team the
lodges have been designed in a manner
conducive to entertaining through having a
centralised living area, pool and boma, while
bedrooms are detached, maximising guest
privacy. The bedrooms are en-suite offering
and indoor shower, outdoor shower and
bathtub, bedrooms are linked to the central
entertainment area by means of decking.
The lodge design compliments the
surrounding beauty of the natural elements.
Interior decorating profiles are also available
and reflect an upmarket, "mod bush" theme.
Building materials, internal finishes and
décor place emphasis on stimulating all the
senses to create a `bush' atmosphere in an
environment of luxury. Lodges are available in
two, three, or four bedroom designs.
Owners have the flexibility of modifying
certain aspects of the lodge design in
order to suit their individual requirements
and taste.
