Keeping language alive....any language!
Language loss has devastating consequences for everyone living with dementia. Loss of words
and grammar in "mother's tongue" but also English for speakers of non-English background.
Many go back to their own language.
OYO communication tools are the bridge to that world. Available in 42 languages, each with
1500 care-related words, with pronunciation and universal pictures. They are your client's voice,
connection with their past, reminders of words, their pleasure, their empowerment.
OYO is specialised in products and education in assisting dementia clients whose comprehension
and communication skills have been compromised. They trigger optimal empowerment, enjoyment,
orientation, recollection, consent and connection.
They are simple, effective, useful and fun.
