ConnectingCare Worker

Want to improve your rostering efficiency, save time and paper and communicate seamlessly and 
quickly with your direct care workers?  
DCA eHealth Solutions now offers ConnectingCare Worker, a subscription web service designed for a 
mobile workforce. You can send your workers their roster and allow them to submit timesheets 
from any internet capable device.  Rosters and Time & Attendance detail synchronises seamlessly 
with tcm 7, providing up to date and relevant information for direct care and rostering staff. 
The ConnectingCare web application is available for any worker to log into via a web-browser and 
has been designed with a simple-to-use and uncomplicated interface, specifically with smaller 
devices in mind. 
 
No more paper 
You no longer have to print or email rosters. Workers  quickly 
and easily send in electronic timesheets. 
Up-to-date information in the office  
You can easily check to see if a worker has turned up for a 
shift and is where you expect them to be. The worker can 
advise in real time if a client isn't there when they arrive.  
Service appointments in tcm 7 change to `occurred' when a 
worker submits an `end' shift action. 
Electronic visit validation 
Optional use of Location services on the mobile device means 
you know that a worker is where they say they are and a 
client signature can be captured for every shift. 
Reconcile Timesheets automatically 
Your rostering officer no longer has to manually reconcile paper timesheets. Shifts that are 
submitted and meet the tolerances your organisation chooses are automatically confirmed. You only 
need to deal with the exceptions.
