Overall, the workout from what I have researched needs
to be followed in a group environment. The reason for
that is because they are watching a screen with a man who
has up to ten people behind him giving it their all, yet;
when you're giving what you think is your all, no one is
there for the extra push. It is within that phase that many
stop doing the workouts. It also depends deeply on what
your mind-set is. If you are feeling invigorated every time
you finish, then you will finish it all without any doubts.
But if you're really lacking something after disk 3, then it
is inevitable that you are going to stop soon. This article
has taken me the longest to write because so many people
have jumped on the DVD workout craze.
To summarise, I would encourage you to make up your
own mind. The overall package costs £99 with options to
have three monthly payments of £33. So for an investment
which is a £100 deep; your commitment MUST be
consistent.
So to allow for that to happen; I recommend these things:
1. Dedication to the 60 days of training.
2. Sticking to the diet that is provided for you by the
workout.
3. If you believe you will struggle on your own; in terms
of motivation, take the decision to do the workout with
someone. It could be a friend, family member, a gym
partner or even someone you live with.
As always, ladies and gentlemen, this is enlightenment
on a subject which does have a ridiculous buzz and hype
about it currently. I do strongly hope it has its longevity
about it as sometimes the fitness industry can be very
fickle and people start to follow what the latest workout
craze is.
I thank you for taking the time to read this article and I
will be back soon. Stay active, stay healthy, and have good
exercise sessions, and if you don't train yet and would
like information on anything along the lines of personal
training or nutritional advice feel free to email me on

Cons of Insanity
· Since Insanity is SO cardio focused and leg-focused, it has been known to affect runs.
· Without weights, numerous people have found that Insanity didn't give them as much of a sculpted look as they had
hoped. Although, the program definitely does build muscle.
· Since Insanity is so repetitive, it can become boring very quickly.
· Insanity won't provide you with a ripped upper body. Although, you may see some changes not a significant portion
of the workouts emphasise upper body.
· It is a hard time following the Insanity Nutrition Plan because it is based on 5 small meals a day. It is also very
expensive to keep that up with a consistency of over the 60 days.
· Various people that I've spoken to about the workout, said that when they were on their own they lacked the
motivation to continue, and if it wasn't through their partner helping them out with the motivation stage of the
workout they could have easily skipped many sessions and days.
