"I am a certified personal trainer living and working in New York City. I train
all manner of people from actors and models to accountants and restaurant
workers. The majority of my sessions are conducted in apartment buildings
and private gyms, in addition to outdoor parks and recreation areas for the
time crunched professional.
I currently own and opporate "Anarchy Tech" which is for all intended
purposes, myself and my fitness ideas/methods. I got my start in the industry
in 2005 whilst working in California, prior to that I spent three years as a
Police Officer in Hertfordshire UK.
I specialise in exercising with limited equipment, limited time- and my
teachings are largely influenced by boxing conditioning and core training.
Health and fitness is huge part of my life and I am committed to helping others
make it a part of theirs." Check out www.facebook.com/AnarchyTech

I enforce the `No excuses policy'. No
matter what, I do not let excuses get in the way
of me working out. Too tired for the gym?
Walk home instead of taking the bus. Finished
work late and couldn't do your usual routine?
Spend time before bed performing press ups
for your chest and shoulders and planks for
your core. There are 168 hours in a week,
dedicate 5 of those to getting in great shape and
you'll live a longer and more happier life as a
direct result!
7.
Read more and keep an open mind. The
fittest athletes alive are the ones that are curious
about what their bodies can do and how far
they can push themselves.
8.
Set yourself up for success. Disasters in
the kitchen, begin in the supermarket. Only
buy clean, non- processed foods- they are the
foundation of a healthy diet. It's pointless to
plan to eat well if your cupboards are stocked
with sweets and ready meals!
9.
Water. Water. Water. Drink a glass with
each meal and always hydrate whilst exercising.
10.
Most importantly, have fun! Exercise
is liberating and everyone should get to
experience the benefits of being active on a
regular basis!
