The range of activities includes:
Trampoline, men's and ladies health groups, nature group, rambling, art and craft, sensory/ball pool/physio, local history
community/centre social groups, ballroom dancing, chair based exercises, advocacy, social fundraising group, intensive
interaction/communication groups, music/singing, quiz/table top activities.

trist, a behaviour nurse therapist and behaviour support workers who provide specialist assessment and intensive
support for individuals, families, supporters and specialist providers. They work with people who have a Learning
individual therapy, therapeutic group work, advice, consultation, 24-hr phone support, practical walk-the-walk support,
sta training, and support-the-supporters.

Supported Housing Service
The supported housing service enables people with a learning disability to live in their own home and to be as
have their own assured tenancies and recieve anything from one hour per week to 24 hour a day support to help them
live the best life possible in their own home.
People entering the service will have received a community care assessment which identi es their eligibility and support
