Care4all
Care Plus is a new organisation working in your community. We're a social business that provides adult health and
social care services across North East Lincolnshire to help improve people's health and wellbeing and to enrich
people's lives.
Formed in 2011 Care Plus employs over 800 members of sta providing a wide range of community services ranging
from older peoples day services to meals on wheels, physiotherapy to community nursing.
Care Plus is a Community Bene t Society - any pro t we make is reinvested back into the development and delivery
of health and care services ensuring we can constantly evolve and develop the services we o er to our communities.
Our services are diverse and are entirely about care and supporting those in need in our community. Care Plus
Services include the following:-
Care4all is a local charity that provides a wide range of services for older people and people with disabilities living in
our community. Care4all is part of the Care Plus Group `family' of organisations. Care4all provides services from four
locations throughout North East Lincolnshire; Queen Street, Curzon, Bert Boyden and Cromwell Road Health and
Wellbeing Centres.
Care4all Enterprises is a department of the charity, formed to create job opportunities for people with disabilities in
areas including catering, admin and horticulture. Care4all provides support to those accessing personal budgets to
employ personal assistants through PASS (Personal Assistant Support Solutions); a service which matches personal
assistants and people requiring support with daily living.
Care4all provides Older People Day Services, the Meals Plus Service and Day Opportunities for people with
disabilities.
