Disability services
The key aims of the learning disability service
is to support adults with a learning disability to
have good health and wellbeing be as
independent as possible make their own
choices and decisions and lead a rewarding
and ful lling life. The service also provides
support for their carers to enable them to
continue in their caring role for as long as they
are able and wish to do so.
Disability services
Care Plus Group and our charity Care4all provide
Disability Services for adults with learning and
physical disabilities. Disability Services provide a
range of activities and opportunities within a
centre and local community based setting to
support service users to enjoy meaningful,
purposeful lives of their choice.
Disability Services activities can be accessed for
full or half days and are also available for people
who wish to independently refer themselves.
