Transport
Care Plus Group Transport Team delivers a range of passenger services across North East Lincolnshire to those members
of the community that need support to travel from home and into our Health and Wellbeing Centres. They also
support individuals to take a trip to the supermarket right through to taking a trip out for the rambling club or
even luncheon clubs.
This key Care Plus Group service provides the logistical support to the rest of our organisation ensuring through their
dedication that people are in the right place at the right time. Our committed team of drivers and bus escorts ensure
that Care Plus put people rst whatever the weather.
Working with our partner charity Care4all we are developing our Meals Plus Service to go even further than the extra
mile. Our transport and meals teams, assisted by our volunteer "all terrain" vehicle drivers, can boast an unbroken record
of reacting whatever the weather to ensure that in our history meals have been delivered every day of the year and to
date we have never missed a delivery.

Assisted Shopping
An "assisted shopping" bus service for residents living in group dwellings is available in North East Lincolnshire. This
service operates over lunchtime periods Monday to Friday. The service provides transport to 24 group dwellings and
serves over 280 people, allowing them to visit local supermarkets to carry out their weekly shopping. All vehicles used
are suitable for wheelchair users and driven by experienced sta .

Care4all Meals Plus
Care4all Meals Plus service delivers over 300 hot main meals and desserts per day to people in their own homes during
the week and over 200 meals per day at weekends. The service operates every day of the year. Meals are delivered
between 11am and 1.30pm.

Care4all Older People's Day Services
Older people's day services provided by Care4all o er those who have a level of need that means they are no longer
able to access community services, even with support, a wide range of social and leisure and therapeutic activities.
The services help older people to continue to live in their own home or with their family or carer.
Our health and well-being centres provide a welcoming, comfortable and safe environment. We o er practical support
and the opportunity for older people to:
