Frame sizes
The HP planetary gearbox comes in
3 standard sizes 42, 60 and 86mm;
each available in a 1,2,3 or 4 stage
assembly, offering a choice of 12
different gearheads in total.
Input fl ange
Manufactured in die cast aluminium
alloy, with precision machined
features, offering complete input
fl exibility. Available with customised
fi xing arrangements when supplied
as a direct-fi t or servo-coupling
gearbox.
Output fl ange
Manufactured in die cast aluminium
alloy, with precision machined
features,
offering

output fl exibility. Available with
customised output fl ange and fi xing
arrangements for your application;
including Metric standard; NEMA
square-frame; IEC B14 (6, 63 & 71)
frame sizes and other standard and
non-standard fi xing arrangements.
Output speed
Each frame size offers you the
opportunity to select from one of
3 standard gear ratios or from an
additional 34 non-standard ratios
between 4:1 and 2401:1.
Output shaft
Manufactured with high rigidity in a
one-piece design that utilises high
grade stainless steel as standard.

Option
: servo-coupling
Making use of proven clamped
segment design, the HP planetary
range is the fi rst ever Parvalux
gearbox to offer a standard servo-
coupling, allowing simple fi tting
and re-fi tting of the unit to a motor.
The design permanently enables
zero backlash at point of coupling.
Available in a wide range of standard
bore sizes.
