Controle nutricional
O controle da ração oferecida para os roedores é realizado com o apoio do Departamento
de Alimentos e Nutrição Experimental da FCF/USP e da Central Analítica do IQ/USP. Algumas
análises são realizadas em laboratórios particulares (Capítulo 7).
