THE
Buy-a-Brick campaign to upgrade
Alumni Hall has raised more than
$148,000 to date--but Saltus is calling
on all past and present students to join
the push to the $233,000 target.
Campaign donors can have a named
brick installed on a wall in the Hall for
posterity--as a family tribute or to
highlight a graduating year's class.
Bricks honouring loved ones can also
be installed on a Memorial Wall.
"Due to the support of alums and
students, we can proceed with much-
needed renovations this summer," says
Jon Beard
, Director of Alumni Rela-
tions. "But the renovations are phased
dependent on funding, and we are still
seeking lots of support from the Saltus
community," he says.
Commemorative bricks cost $500
for a 16-by-8-inch brick, while smaller
8-by-4s are $250. Memorial bricks,
8-by-4 inches, are $500. To buy a brick,
