Promotions announced at Grafton Suburban
Credit Union

rafton Suburban Credit Union
(GSCU) President and CEO Lloyd
Hamm, Jr. recently announced
the appointments of five GSCU employ-
ees to management positions.
Daniel Crossin and Douglas Lanzillo
have each been promoted to Assistant
Vice President, Real Estate Lending;
Sarah Miller has been promoted to As-
sistant Vice President, Underwriting;
Debra Reilly, has been promoted to As-
sistant Vice President, Consumer
Credit; and James Brouder has been
promoted to Chief Technology Officer,
Chief Information Security Officer.
"We are pleased to announce the pro-
motions of five exceptional GSCU pro-
fessionals and look forward to their
continued success in their new roles at
our institution," said Hamm.
Daniel Crossin,
a lifelong Grafton
resident, will be responsible for devel-
opment and implementation of new
real estate loan products and services;
loan pricing; as well as developing and
maintaining a business referral network
that includes real estate professionals
and builders.
Crossin has 16 years of community
banking experience and has been with
GSCU for six years. Prior to his promo-
tion, he was the credit union's Real Es-
tate Loan Supervisor. He holds a B.S. in
Business Administration from Nichols
College.
Douglas Lanzillo
, of Sutton, secures
new residential mortgage business and
sells GSCU's vast array of mortgage
products. Additionally, he has been
instrumental in launching promotional
communications through GSCU's Inter-
net platforms such as Facebook and
Twitter.
Lanzillo joined GSCU in March 2012 as
a Mortgage Production Specialist. He
has over 15 years of experience in fi-
nancial services and holds a B.S. in
Marketing from Bentley University. Cur-
rently, he is on track to receive a dual
master's degree in both Business Ad-
ministration and Information Systems
and Management from Clark University
in 2014.
Sarah Miller,
of Worcester, was an As-
sistant Vice President of a leading
global bank for 14 years before joining
GSCU in 2012. In Miller's new position,
she will underwrite mortgage loans;
supervise the collection and mortgage
processing departments, and will assist
with GSCU's regulatory compliance.
Miller holds a B.S. in Guitar Perform-
ance from Berklee College of Music and
an MBA in Organizational Behavior
from Baker College.
Debra Reilly
, of Millbury, has been in
the financial industry for 29 years,
working in retail banking, consumer
lending, mortgage origination, mort-
gage processing, and consumer loan
underwriting. She trained at the Ameri-
can Institute of Banking with courses
that focused on sales and service,
banking management, leadership, and
consumer lending.
In her new role, Reilly will supervise
the consumer lending department as
well as manage and develop the con-
sumer loan portfolio.
James Brouder
, of Methuen, will
oversee the entire GSCU computer net-
work, as well as the information secu-
rity of the credit union.
Brouder has been with GSCU since
2010, most recently as its IT Director.
He has worked in the credit industry for
over 20 years, and for the last seven
years has worked in information tech-
nology and security. Brouder holds a
B.S. in Business Administration from
Merrimack College.
