to the 2013-2014 KeHE Fresh Products Annual Catalog
The new logo on the front cover of this year’s Deli & Bakery Selections catalog announces an important step in our continuing development as your distributor partner. When KeHE acquired Tree of Life more than three years ago, it added a number of new businesses, brands and logos to the KeHE enterprise. Since that time, our retail customers and our supplier community have come to realize that the KeHE brand name effectively captures the broad scope of sales, marketing, assortment, and supply chain resources we bring to every channel of business we serve. It is now time to move to one brand and one logo. KeHE’s new logo involves a multi-color globe that depicts our three areas of product expertise and focus; Fresh, Natural and Specialty. While we are making changes to our logo, nothing in your day-to-day relationship with our company will change. The same team of professionals that serves you today will continue to serve your business tomorrow. Finally, we want to sincerely thank you for the relationship that we enjoy. All of us at KeHE are truly dedicated to the continued success of your business. Over the past year our team has worked hard to expand the KeHE Fresh Products offerings. In our Deli we have an extensive line-up of specialty cheeses from both domestic and international cheese producers. If you are looking for bulk cheeses or precut retail offerings, our fine selection is sure to tempt your customers. We’ve increased our offerings to over 320 SKUs. And if you need more than cheese, be sure to look at our offerings of: Deli Olives, Crackers, Dips, Condiments and more. Specialty Bakery is one of KeHE’s fastest growing categories and includes parbaked breads, “thaw and sell” gourmet muffins, cakes, cookies, fudge and other irresistible treats. Do you have customers looking for bakery products to meet specific dietary needs such as gluten free, sugar free, low sodium? We have a great selection – you’ll be able to satisfy just about every dietary concern that your customers have; and be able to provide them with some scrumptious and decadent bakery options. We’ve also embraced more of the stores’ perimeter areas – we’ve worked with several suppliers to provide everything from artisanal and farmstead cheese, grass-fed and organic milks, all natural and organic small batch yogurts; to grass-fed beef, veal and poultry! Finally, we’ve increased the number of “experts” on our team, from cheesemongers and category management experts to highly-trained merchandisers and sales professionals.
