From the outset, the company’s guiding philosophy has been to prepare healthful foods with fresh, natural ingredients. In 2007, Première Moisson became the first commercial bakery in Canada to use flour made from wheat grown without chemical additives in all its breads. As the company has continued to expand, so have offerings which now include proof-free pastries, thaw and serve/ brown and serve breads, frozen all butter croissants, chocolatines, buns and twists, as well as an innovative new line of freezer-to-oven, all butter, Kosher certified mini-pastries. Recognized for quality, taste and consistency, Première Moisson proudly markets a wide selection of premium, signature brand or privately labeled products to food distributors, retailers and restaurants in locations across Canada and the United States. Customers include Metro, Sobeys, Loblaws, Costco, Starbucks, KeHE and many others.

Despite remarkable ongoing growth, Première Moisson has remained true to its founding values, focusing on authentic, wholesome products while demonstrating a healthy respect for people, the environment and sustainable development. Première Moisson currently operates over twenty retail bakeries in the Greater Montréal area, one in Ottawa and two bakery production centers which supply an ever expanding network of supermarkets, superstores and foodservice customers across North America.
