oday there are big offshore windmill parks all over the world. But did you know that the very first one was invented and launched close to Lolland? This was back in 1991, when 11 small windmills were set up in the shallow water outside Vindeby. You can learn a lot more about windmills and the future energy sources by visiting the climate park of Onsevig. Bring your packed lunch, as this small, nice harbor is also worth a visit - and don’t forget your swimwear.
