Welcome to marinemax lifestyles

summer is just around the corner, bringing with it the

joys of a new boating season, after a challenging winter for
many parts of the country! it's the time of the year when we
can look forward to uniting with our friends and family, to
sharing those magic moments on the water that will linger in
our minds as priceless memories.

many of our owners made the most of winter and joined

events we hosted in partnership with our world-class manu-
facturers, from January's fun-packed azimut Gala in Key West
that i attended alongside ferruccio luppi, ceo of azimut-Benetti (view the photos
on page 16), to the inaugural Boston Whaler rendezvous at the intimate setting of
captiva island (page 10) led by Boston Whaler President Huw Bower. over a hundred
owners enjoyed the hospitality and meeting their favorite boat builders!

of course winter isn't an issue in the British Virgin islands, home to marinemax

wonderful experiences can only get even better with the addition of our new custom
marinemax 443 power catamaran, launched to acclaim at the miami yacht & Broker-
age show this february (discover more on page 30).

speaking of Get

aways!, our stores are hosting a slew of events locally for your

enjoyment this summer (see events page 6). from crab feasts and boat-in movies to
season splash-offs and on-water festivals, there's something for all the family. to build
your family's boating skills and confidence, we hold our well known Women on Water,
Kids in Boating and other seminar series year-round (see page 14). and our helpful
commissioning services will get you ready for the water (page 42).

Join our stores as we celebrate Patriot Boating Day on July 4th. all month we will be

hosting fun events to support the folds of Honor foundation, which provides scholar-
ships to the spouses and children of soldiers lost or wounded in service to our country.

We welcome incredible new products and brands to our boat line up this year,

including the launch of the sea ray l-class series and the luxurious l650 fly that made
its debut this spring (page 38) and is now touring its way up the east coast (follow on-
line at marinemax.com/650tour). We are also very proud to be designated the exclusive
dealer for ocean alexander from texas to the east coast (page 32) and look forward to
christening the impressive new ocean alexander 90 motor yacht soon!

Boating opens doors that connect us with family, friends and places, and i know

firsthand that it will change your life completely. my team and i have always believed
that marinemax is more than a boat dealer; we are also a resource. But more than that,
we're all boaters with such passion for the water we can't help but share it. Just like
