The mission of the Brawley Chamber of Commerce is to promote and champion
business growth and vitality for those who live, visit and work in our community. Our
board of directors, sta , members, ambassadors, and event sponsors demonstrate com-
mitment to this mission by providing networking opportunities, events, referrals, political
advocacy, and educational opportunities for businesses in the Imperial Valley. The Braw-
ley Chamber of Commerce is a membership organization that has been in existence since
1904. Come and join us as we work to create a strong local economy.

President's Message

On behalf of the Brawley Chamber of Commerce, I would
like to welcome you to the 58th annual Cattle Call festivities, a
celebration of over a century of contribution from the cattle indus-
try in the Imperial Valley. I would also like to highlight our Member-
ship Directory, a new feature in our Cattle Call Souvenir Program.
The Brawley Chamber of Commerce is celebrating its 110th
Anniversary. We are doing that by our continued service to our
membership and much more. We ended our year scally strong and
maintained our recognition as a President's Circle recipient from the
CalChamber, which promotes excellence in business advocacy and
helping our members comply with
California
employment laws.
The Brawley Chamber has continued the tradition of providing
quality programs to aide in business expansion, which embodies the
following Core Competencies:
Connecting business to business and business to customers with our save local now,
sub-website on brawleychamber.com, farmers markets and social media.
Promotes the community to build business opportunities with ribbon cuttings, grand
openings, ground breaking events, monthly mixers and our many beloved Cattle Call events.
Provides education and business development services through farmers markets, candi-
date forums, newsletters, seminars, scholarships and trainings.
Advocates for business with government by way of candidate forums, seminars, trainings
and material for California employment laws.
This is only a spotlight of the services that the Brawley Chamber o ers. As we swing in to the
fall/winter season, we are looking forward to Cattle Call and all the events that make it a success. We will
begin the occasion with the Cattle Call Queen Competition and Coronation, followed by the Chili Cook O ,
an exciting Chamber Mixer, a Mariachi Festival, the Cattle Call Parade, and nally, our local Farmers Market.
Most of these events will be located on Main Street in the Plaza. This is an exciting time to celebrate the
"taking back of Main" and the promotion of our downtown merchants.
