kids’ mountain Biking 101
Young riders will learn the basics of mountain biking while making new friends and exploring great trails. Goals of the program are to improve mountain bike safety skills and to instill a passion for mountain biking and cycling as a lifelong sport. ABILITY LEVEL: Participants should have intermediate cycling skills, be comfortable shifting gears and riding 5+ miles! Participants will need the following: mountain bike, helmet, water bottle or CamelBak. Bike gloves and bike shorts are encouraged. Location: Capen Park
