of Keisha Cottle. She was a very loyal client. Even though I never
knew her occupation, we developed a very pleasant relationship.
One night while sleeping, I received an emergency call from Keisha
stating she was at work hosting a very important party and was in
need of nail repair immediately. Looking at the time, I expressed to
her I was already in bed. She insisted if I came she would pay me 100
for one repair. Of course, I couldn't resist so I jumped out of bed, and
rushed to her location as quickly as possible. As soon as I get there I
have the slight impression I'm a little underdressed :) As I was buzzed
in, I soon found out Keisha was the studio manager for Timberlands
production company. And she was hosting the listening party of
Justin Timberlake's new album (which was FutureSex/LoveSounds at
the time) So, in my pajamas I gave Keisha her nail repair and a deluxe
hand massage to calm her down. As I was finishing up, Timberlake
walked into the office and said to me "wow that looks great, I'm
next". So at 1am, I gave the best damn MANicure I could ever give
and Timberlake became my first celebrity client.
even my out of the box creativity, but I think celebrities keep coming
back to me because i am in the business of costumer service. I
understand this industry can be overwhelming at times, so I do
whatever it takes to change a persons atmosphere and even
outlook with something so simple as a great manicure. Whether it is
a comical mani/pedi to an therapeutic buff and polish, I treat every
set of hands with extraordinary worth, regardless of whom they are
attached to.
