The Berlin Police Department's SWAT team made entry to the res- idence and arrested Joseph Tyler Shanahan, 25, without incident. A search of the residence revealed 987 grams of marijuana, 99 indi- vidually wrapped bags of heroin and $1,510 in currency. Due to the containers being punc- tured during the accident, the Ber- lin Fire Department, the Worcester County Hazmat team and the Maryland Department of the En- vironment (MDE) responded to as- sist with the clean-up.
