CONTINUING ED AND PRE-LICENSE
GNAR offers a wide selection of distance learning
courses to aid your professional development. All GNAR
courses are approved for continuing education credit
by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. To access
an online distance learning course go to www.gnar.org;
and click on the Real Estate Education tab then
Education Resources then Distance Learning.
ONLINE CONTINUING EDUCATION
AND PRE-LICENSE COURSES
GNAR has partnered with RECampus, The CE Shop and
Realtor University to provide dozens of quality distance
education courses as well as the required pre-license
courses: Tennessee Real Estate Principles and the
30-hour Course for New Affiliates. To access the
courses go to www.gnar.org, choose the Real Estate
Education tab, then Distance Learning. Note that not
all Realtor University courses are approved for CE
credit in Tennessee. For more information contact
the GNAR Education Department at 615-254-7516.
PAPER AND PENCIL COURSES
GNAR offers a selection of "paper and pencil" courses
in its Realtor store. Stop by the GNAR office to pick
up a course.
GNAR EDUCATION ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
GNAR members who attend at least 45 hours of
post-license real estate education (Pre-license and
New Affiliates Course are not eligible) Jan. 1 through
Dec. 31, 2013 can qualify for the GNAR Education
Achievement Award. Completed courses must be
taken through GNAR, or another Realtor organiza-
tion (national, state or local association) or one of the
NAR Institutes, societies or councils.
Realtors who earn the award will be recognized at a
GNAR event. The name and photo of each award winner
also will be published. Deadline to apply for the award
is Jan. 15, 2014. Watch for details in GNAR News. In
late 2013 an application form will be posted on the
Education page of the GNAR website at www.gnar.org.

of programs and services that assist members in increasing skills, proficiency, and knowledge. Designations
