Their striking color and unique shape make
them interesting to look at, but the thing that
really gets them in trouble is their delicious
taste. They take years to reach maturity,
have a long life span, and are prone to over-
fishing.
sculpturally with a focus on marine life inspired by
his island upbringing and the beautiful yet fragile
surrounding ecosystem. Skyriver shows locally
at the Stonington gallery in Seattle, on the east
coast, at the Dane Gallery, in Nantucket, MA and
is currently part of a group exhibit at the Glass
Museum Ebeltoft in Ebeltoft, Denmark.
