The glass wall defines the space as
contemporary, and makes a huge
design statement and impact as you
walk through the door.
Since it is attached on both sides, there
are only two exposures to work with,
north and south.
Natural light is a huge focus in the room,
thanks to the laminated glass front
doors, which make the room feel more
spacious. Enlarged front windows and
French doors in the back give a sense of
visual continuity throughout the space.

This house is 14 feet wide, and
attached on both sides.
To create a wow factor,
the ceilings on the first floor were raised to 10
feet, and a glass wall was installed by
the open stairs.
