Phillips said, “This generous donation from Ocean Petroleum and BP’s Fueling Communities Fund will help to fund ACT’s 2014 Recreational Water Quality Monitoring Program, a project conducted by the Assateague Coastkeeper, that monitors the safe swimming levels of bacteria in the water at our favorite swimming beaches and swimming holes.
