Willard Marks Dryden
BERLIN ­ Willard Marks Dryden,
husband of Yvonne Ericson and
father of Morgan, passed away the
morning of July 23, 2013, at their
home in Larchmont, N.Y.
A lifelong musician, lover of foot-
ball, and follower of news, Mark was
a native of Virginia who was raised
in Berlin. He attended Stephen
Decatur High School for a year and
graduated from St. Andrew's School
in Delaware. He held a bachelor's
degree from Bucknell University
and a master's degree from New
York University.
Mark was an early childhood
educator and was an administrator
at various child care programs and
centers in the New York area, most
notably Royal Child Care Center in
New Rochelle, N.Y.
Throughout his life, he enjoyed
close relationships with a diverse
group of friends from his many inter-
ests and broad experiences. His
friends and his four sisters were a
steadfast and loving support for him
and his family during his long ill-
ness.
He is survived by sisters, Marty
Dryden Baker and husband Char-
lie of Neptune Beach, Fla.; Marlene
Dryden of Jacksonville, Fla.; Amy
Dryden Kelly and husband Jim of
Hollis, N.H.; and Abigail Dryden
O'Neill and husband Edward Hoe-
fle of Greensburg, Pa.
In lieu of flowers, the family
would appreciate support of Mark's
longtime favorite public radio sta-
tion, WFUV, WFUV, Fordham Uni-
versity, Bronx, N.Y. 10458-9993.

Crouse, 55, of Littlestown, Pa. died
Monday, July 29, at University of
Maryland Medical Center.
She was the wife of Francis A.
Crouse of Littlestown for 13 years.

more City, she
was the daugh-
ter of Beverly J.
(Dorsey) Kreppel
of Berlin and the
late John F.
Kreppel, Sr.

High School graduate. She was a
Claims Specialist for Practice
Dynamics, Reisterstown.
In addition to her husband and
mother, Catherine is survived by a
stepson, Marc T. Crouse, Gettys-
burg; brother John F. Kreppel, Jr. of
Delmar; and a sister Barbara L.
Kreppel of Newark, Del. She was
predeceased by a brother, Glen R.
Kreppel. Catherine loved life and her
philosophy was "Live for the Day".
Memorial services will be an-
nounced at a later date. In lieu of
flowers, memorials in Catherine's
name may be sent to Adams County

burg, Pa. 17325.
