2013 Sports Camps
Golf Camp
For children entering grades 4 through 7
The camp is designed for beginning golfers who have
little experience playing on a golf course. We will work
on the swing, chipping, and putting at the start of
each day. Focus will be on golf course etiquette and
management.
Each golfer must provide their own clubs for play.
More information will be sent to participants regarding
locations for each day.

Distance Running Camp
For children entering grades 8 through 12
The 2013 Prairie Distance Running Camp is a five-day
program for boys and girls who are cross country and/
or middle distance runners. The camp's purpose is to
provide quality individual instruction in the techniques
and training that are necessary for young athletes to
reach their full potential. Workouts, lectures, films, and
activities are all designed to instruct, entertain, and
motivate.
We will meet at the Prairie School Johnson Athletic Center.
An alternative training site schedule will be provided on
the first day of camp.
