Poetry Theatre: Wisconsin Calliope
For children entering grades 1 through 4

Would you like to dash to Door County, glide on a
glacier, play with the Packers, experience Earth Day,
sample a sundae? This vibrant course will explore
theatre techniques, story dramatization, pantomime,
movement, voice, and characterization, all in the
preparation of a performance of children's literature.
Celebrate the art and joy of poetry, and learn about the
history and geography of Wisconsin.

Reading & Math Skill-Building Mini-Camp
For children entering Grades K through 6
Teachers trained in the Wilson Reading System (a
research based skill building program) will offer this
systematic approach to building reading skills, as well
as math skills, building methods and practice. Students'
academic levels will be assessed at the outset so that
instruction can begin at the appropriate level and build
skills effectively.
