Kay and Lenny Hickman were the winners of this year’s Ocean Pines Volunteer Fire Department house raffle. The couple will be keeping the house. The 12th 9/11 Remembrance Service was held at Ocean City Elks #2645 to honor an Officer of the Year, PFC Richard Gutowski, and Firefighter of the Year, Angelo Floria, who has been an active firefighter for 59 years.
