Representatives from The Good Farm in Ber-
lin, David Bean and David Joseph Deacon, were
on hand to kick off the 2013 Summer Season of
the Ocean Pines Farmers Market during open-
ing day.
Even men got into the running with the
Women Supporting Women 1st Annual High
Heel Race with James Hurley and Garland
Smith of Layton's Chance Vineyard and Winery
being quite the crowd pleasers.
Sisters Carmen and Carol Ann Amedori were
enjoying the sun and refreshments on the deck
of M.R. Ducks last month during the final Down-
town Association After Dark event of the sea-
son.
Join Peggy Murray and Linda Trimble for an
amazing Crabcake Sandwich Dinner at Steven-
son United Methodist Church in Berlin the 2nd
Friday of each month starting at 4 p.m.
Plating up orders as fast as they could back
in the Stevenson United Methodist Church
kitchen were Dee Whittington and Bob Murray
during the June Crabcake Dinner.
Prospective Downtown Association mem-
bers Michael and Tina Clay took in the beautiful
water view from M.R. Ducks Dock Bar and Grille
while attending the June After Dark.
Showing off the fitting trophies for the 1st Annual High Heel Race
were Women Supporting Women Worcester County Coordinator Mary
Henderson, Board President Penny Bradford and Executive Director Sue
Revelle.
Lachelle Rappold had some help from her sons, Bryant and Clay, sell-
ing her homemade breads, granola and natural cleaning products at the
Ocean Pines Farmers Market which takes place Saturday mornings in
White Horse Park.
