Overview
The VMware Lead Program provides the ability for VMware to reward partners investing in VMware training
and certifications by passing unassigned generated leads to partners. Partners must opt-in to the leads program
and leads will be passed to them via their Partner Central account.
VMware offer guaranteed lead quality and fair lead routing. All leads will be a minimum 50% BANT qualified,
or equivalent via lead scoring.
Qualification
Enterprise or Premier Solution Provider with at least 1 VSP accreditation.

Overview
Do you want to increase your VMware pipeline by at least $50.000? Then a VMware Call Out Day-in-a-Box is for you.
VMware will deliver training, sales materials, call scripts and more to make your event a success. You need to allocate
a full day of calling for your sales team, bring your customer list including any VMware leads distributed into your
Partner Central account and then select a topic from the list:

· Enterprise Management to ensure quality of service, optimize resource utilization and meet compliance
requirements in dynamic cloud environments
· Mobility and the 21st Century Desktop
· Business Critical Application/Disaster Recovery

Overview
An exclusive program designed to reward partner teamwork within VMware Solution Providers. The program offers
reward points for sales of eligible VMware products and for participating in various promotions within the quarter
at a Partner company level. Opportunities to Earn Rewards VMware sales closed by your company's sales team can
accrue points in VMware Team Rewards. Team leaders can then redeem points for VMware event tickets, along with
VMware certification vouchers or VMware Branded Visa Cards and reward team members for work well done.

· SPIFFs: Earn points through periodic SPIFFs when you sell eligible VMware products.
· Sales Incentives: Earn points for selling or increasing your VMware sales on promotional products.
· Training Activities: Earn points for the accreditations that your company earns.
· Surveys: Earn points for your Team Leader completing VMware surveys available in the rewards portal.
· Reward Codes: Keep an eye out for reward codes in emails, newsletters, or at VMware events and deposit them
to redeem points.

Call Out Day
Sell a solution for the first time to a customer and double your reward
Starting February 1, 2012, partners that achieve an eligible VMware Solution Competency and cross-sell eligible
solutions into customers for the first time can earn up to an additional 10% rebate on eligible transactions
(Rebate does not apply for Infrastructure Virtualization Competency and corresponding products).
Qualification
All partners who have achieved qualifying VMware solution competencies are eligible to participate in the Solution
Rewards program.
