What can you do if you have diffi culty swallowing capsules?
All Nutrigold capsules are designed to be easy to swallow. However some products, such as the
Actizorb
®
range, may be opened and sprinkled over food. Just look for the "open capsule" symbol on
the product pages. Please bear in mind that certain nutrients have a strong taste if opening capsules.
We also offer Vitamin D in handy mouth spray form, lecithin phosphatidyl choline (Superlec) as
granules to be mixed with food and other products in liquid form such as Golden Aloe and
Golden Flaxseed oil.
What essential fatty acids can vegetarians and vegans take?
Nutrigold offer Evening Primrose oil and Golden Flaxseed oil, EFA supplements that are free from
animal or fi sh ingredients.
Why do some supplements vary in appearance from batch to batch?
Nutrigold manufacturers follow strict guidelines to ensure consistent quality between batches.
However as natural ingredients are used in Nutrigold supplements there may be slight natural
variations in colour, taste and smell between batches such as with Superlec.
Does the Vitamin B3 you use in your products cause fl ushing?
No. We use the `non-blush' form of Vitamin B3.
Does your Vitamin C cause gastrointestinal irritation?
Our Mixed Ascorbates Vitamin C product is buffered with minerals such as magnesium and
potassium to naturally reduce the acidity.
Do you need to refrigerate the Pro-otic

range?
No. Nutrigold's Pro-otic
®
range is specially formulated to be stored at room temperature
avoiding the inconvenience of refrigeration especially when on holiday.
Is the Pro-otic

When should I take gut bacteria?
You can take Pro-otic
