They are a rich source of omega 3
essential fatty acids (alpha-linolenic

Alpha linolenic acid contributes to the
maintenance of normal blood

USE:
Recommended daily intake:
1-2 dessertspoons (approx 10-20g) or as directed
by practitioner. Soak overnight in water or grind
before consumption. Seeds from natural plant
source means colour and taste are subject to
seasonal variations between batches.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
