USE:
Recommended daily intake:

after food spread out across the day (taken before

Store in a cool, dry place.
Cautions:
Do not take if planning a pregnancy,
pregnant or breastfeeding. >7mg/day Beta carotene
should not be taken by heavy smokers. Long term
intake of more than 10mg/day Vitamin B6 may
lead to mild tingling and numbness. Any concerns of
