Twenty-eight people arrived on site to construct pens, complete a roof addition, and create space for community’s agricultural youth organizations. The barn renovation is the first project of its kind proposed by Forestburg ISD in the hopes of strengthening unity between members of the school, community, 4-H, and FFA. The barn will house pigs, goats, sheep, rabbits, and chickens for agricultural animal projects, and is expected to house larger animals in the future.
