PRiCeS And CuRRenCY AdjuSTMenT all packages are in AUD
and are subject to currency adjustments either up or down until
the booking is paid in full. Any variation to the prices will be based
on the rates available to Mogul Ski World at the time the deposit
is paid and again on the final balance. Our exchange rate at date
of deposit is only taken into account, for amount of deposit paid to
the overseas supplier. Mogul Ski World may pre purchase foreign
exchange to protect clients and Mogul Ski World from extreme
unfavourable movements in the AUD exchange rates, this means
our rate may differ to the market rate. Clients can lock in the
current package cost by paying the balance amount in full at any
time, based on the exchange rate set by Mogul Ski World at that
time. The prices in the brochure are based on the exchange rates
at 1st April 2013.

ReSeRVATionS/dePoSiTS A deposit of $600 per person per
week is required to confirm a reservation within 7 days of the
confirmation, we cannot guarantee that the price will not alter
after this time. Some hotels require a higher deposit; this will be
advised at the time of booking. Mogul Ski World cannot guarantee
that their quotes will not change due to an error in costs and
quotes are only valid for 72 hours. Payment of the deposit must be
accompanied by a signed booking form accepting the terms and
conditions of Mogul Ski World. The quoted prices are for payments
made by cheque, cash and direct deposit, if you would like to use
a credit card please discuss it with us.

BALAnCe oF PAYMenT Due 8 weeks prior to departure. If
you wish to protect yourself against future airfare increases or
currency changes you may pay in full at the time of making the
booking.
d
LATe BooKinG Fee Bookings made within 14 days of departure
will incur an extra charge of $165 to cover communication costs,
courier fees and telegraphic transfers.
d
SeRViCe FeeS Some itinerary planning can take many hours
and as we are very proud of the knowledge we have and the
professional service we give a service fee of $110 per file may be
charged. This amount will be deducted from the total booking.
d
AMendMenT FeeS A minium service fee of $55 plus any charges
from the hotels or airlines will apply to each and every amendment
made after the booking instructions are received and confirmed. A
fee of $110 will be charged after documentation has been issued.
d
CAnCeLLATion oF YouR LAnd ConTenT Incurs a minimum charge
of $275 per person by Mogul Ski World, plus the charge made by
the property, some properties will charge the full deposit paid.
Cancellation within 60 days will incur additional charges or fees levied
by hotels or operators and can be as high as 100%. Cancellation inside
30 days the land portion will be 100% non refundable. Ski hotels
apply very stringent cancellation policies especially in North America.
Cancellation of airline tickets will be those charged by the airlines in
accordance with government or IATA regulations plus a service fee.

ReFundS After departure from Australia no refunds can be made on
used services. Refund applications must be made within 45 days of
your return to Australia, a handling fee of $55 will be charged.

inSuRAnCe We advise you to take out Travel Insurance at the time
of making your booking. If travel insurance is not taken out with
Mogul Ski World and further documentation is required to make a
claim then there will be a $55 fee.

TouR CoSTS Based on anticipated exchange rates & subject to
currency fluctuations and/or land and air cost increases. Please
contact us before sending final payment.
d
AiR FAReS These have been quoted plus the taxes, the taxes are
subject to change until the day of payment and ticketing. Any
changes in taxes is not negotiable.
d
BAGGAGe ALLowAnCe as all airlines are different please refer
to the airlines you are travelling with web sites for all details on
baggage allowances and restrictions.
d
CoSTS do noT inCLude Some airport charges, passport & visa costs,
beverages, meals other than specified, excess baggage, insurance,
gratuities, single rooms or single travel arrangements. Additional
costs caused by weather or failure of transportation services
or other circumstances beyond the control of the tour operator
or his principle agent are also not included, but under normal
circumstances may be covered by passenger's own travel Insurance.
Canadian GST is not included as international travellers are exempt.

ReSPonSiBiLiTieS Mogul Ski World in arranging and organising
the tour is acting as a tour organiser. The company can't be held
liable for any alterations, act or omission on the part of those
supplying accommodation, coach, air, or rental car or any other
services. Furthermore, the responsibilities of the air or coach
carrier participating in the tour are limited as specified in their
tickets, conditions of carriage & tariffs. This brochure is issued
on the sole responsibility of Mogul Ski World. The airlines used
so not by virtue of their endorsement of this brochure, represent
themselves as contracting with any purchaser of a holiday from
Mogul Ski World or as having any other legal relationship with any
such purchaser. This brochure is valid from 17th May 2013 to 1st
May 2014.

PASSPoRT And ViSA A valid passport is required and some
countries require a visa which Mogul Ski World can assist with,
although, the possession of these documents is solely the
passenger's responsibility. It is your responsibility to give us the
name as it appears on your passport for your booking or you will
not be allowed to board your flight.

ReSoRT ACCoMModATion And inFoRMATion Every care
has been taken to accurately present all the resorts, maps and
accommodations offered in this brochure although descriptions
have been provided as a general guide & may change. If you
require further information or individual brochures please contact
our office.

Snow CondiTionS Mogul Ski World cannot be held responsible
for snow conditions, holidays cannot be cancelled or amended on
the basis of weather conditions.
