the Kootenay Mountains, Red Resort offers acres of gladed terrain and non-
stop vertical for skiers and riders. You'll find steeps to the extreme, tight trees
and wicked bumps all blanketed in Canada's best snow. Heliskiing conditions
without the cost! Intermediates will also find acres of perfect runs through the
trees in dry, light and abundant snow and the development of Grey Mountain
new for 2013 gives 1000 acres of new terrain. The village at Red now has some
superb new accommodation ranging from stylish 1 and 2 bedrooms to spacious
4 bedroom condos and individual chalets and town homes all beautifully
furnished to provide the ultimate in comfort and luxury. There are a couple of
great restaurants on mountain but the town of Rossland just 5 minutes away is
a jumping little spot with a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. Red Mountain
Resort is undergoing major resort development that will provide up to 1400 ski-
in ski-out resort residences, plus additional restaurants, retail shops and family
orientated activities at the base of the mountain.
