permanently. The parts in contact with the meat are made in
stainless steel and easily removable for cleaning without tools.
A must for the modern butchery to get quick packaging of
hamburgers, already wrapped in cellophane. The simple manual
operation is the BT's best feature ­ it only requires pressure
on the lever to compress the meat and, as the lever returns,
it automatically opens the press and removes the hamburger.
