volunteer at a wide range of children's clubs, holiday camps, and
other children's activities since I was a teenager. In 2004, after
increasingly being involved with the children's work at New Life
church, I was employed full time as the Children's leader with overall
responsibility for all children's work within the church. This role
Kingfield, Westfield and Barnsbury School. Also, along with Laura, I ran an annual
holiday club for over 140 children each August.
In 2004 I completed a diploma in `Children's Evangelism and Nurture'. I have recently
completed my diploma to gain a full and relevant level 3 qualification in childcare. I
work on the business side of the Pre-School but also, due my enjoyment of being at
the Pre-school, have been increasing my day to day experience and involvement with
the children."

"I have worked with children for as long as I can remember; helping
with Sunday school, babysitting and spending days off school at a
friend's nursery, amongst other things.
I completed my Certificate in Preschool Practice in 2007 and found I
really enjoyed learning about the Early Years. So I have since gone on
couple of years.
As well as working at Foundations, I work for a charity in Woking which runs
activities for children and adults with disabilities. I help at their weekend and holiday
schemes.
In my spare time I like to help out at a friend's dance school, where I have taken part
in classes and shows for many years. I am enjoying being able to share some dance
activities with the children at Foundations."
