Badge pick-up will be available at the X·Press Check-In desk
located in the lobby of the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel, on
Thursday, October 10 from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. Bring a copy of your
registration confirmation to expedite badge pick-up.

Pre-Registered attendees:
Visit X·Press Check-In.
Simply bring a copy of your registration confirmation to an X·Press
Check-In kiosk at the convention center for expedited service.
All confirmations will include a barcode that will allow for easy
scan-and-go access.
on-site Registrants: Visit the On-Site Registration Desk at the
Convention Center.
For those not registered in advance or in need of changes to their
existing registration, please visit the On-Site Registration Desk,
beginning Friday at 7:00 a.m.
Barcode access
Each registrant will receive a bar-coded badge, which is encod-
ed with their registered courses and events. This badge will be
scanned for entry into each course or event, as well as used for
information exchange in the Exhibit Hall.

CanCellations anD RefunDs

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in
writing (email, fax, or mail) and are subject to approval by ASPS. If
approved, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
and in accordance with the following schedule:
On or before August 1

100% refund less a $25 processing fee
August 2 - August 29

50% refund less a $25 processing fee
August 30 - September 5
|
50% refund on registration fee only,
less a $25 processing fee
On or after September 6

no refunds issued

Member, and Candidates for Membership of ASPS/ASMS qualify
for this category.

guest nation, south korea
ASPS is pleased to offer discounted registration fees to all
meeting delegates from our Guest Nation, South Korea. Surgeons
actively engaged in the practice of plastic or reconstructive surgery
for at least three (3) years, who live and practice in South Korea
qualify for this category. Registrants in this category will receive
reduced meeting fees equal to that of a member of ASPS/ASMS.
Copy of medical license required within 15 days of registration.
asPs international Candidate
International plastic surgeons that have been in practice for less
than three years, with ASPS international candidacy membership,
qualify for this category. Registration includes FREE admission to
The PSF International and Research Reception.
asPs/asMs Resident/fellow
Residents and Fellows Forum subscription required. Visit
PlasticSurgery.org/RFF for application. Residents and fellows in
an approved plastic surgery residency or fellowship program that
are currently enrolled in the ASPS Residents and Fellows Forum
(RFF) qualify for this category. Benefits include: FREE meeting
registration; one (1) FREE 1-hour instructional course; and FREE
admission to the YPS Forum Luncheon, the Residents Day
Program and Reception.
