Deposit
Neither ASPS nor Travel Planners require a deposit for attendees,
however reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card.

Confirmation
Contact
Travel Planners if you do not receive confirmation
within three (3) days of receipt of your reservation. Please review
your confirmation carefully for accuracy.
Changes/Cancellations
All changes and cancellations must be made directly with
Travel Planners up until three (3) business days prior to arrival.
An acknowledgement of your request will be sent to you within
24 business hours of receipt. Consult your Travel Planners
confirmation receipt for individual hotel policies.
special Requests
You will be asked to provide room and bedding preferences when
making your reservation. Hotels will assign specific room types
upon check-in, based on availability.
