PATENTED GALVANIZED ADJUSTABLE Z DEAD STOP WITH EXPANSION JOINT
patent #8,863,932. This Galvanized
Adjustable Z Dead Stop with Expansion Joint has no internal baffle. You select the type of replaceable impact plate for
your application. Unit comes with access panel for inspection of wear and for replacement of impact plate. Unit will adjust
from 35° to 60°. Replaceable impact plate is at a 35° angle allowing for a moving pile to form when material flow is
sufficient. Unit is designed for free-flowing dry bulk material.
Choose your impact plate for your application. Unit is 7 gauge construction and comes with 7 gauge square to round on
discharge. Your choice of impact plate is included in price. Replacement impact plates available.

1. Combines the features of an Expansion Joint and
Adjustable Z Dead Stop, making it easier to install.
2. Oversized receiver accepts downspout without
welding. This assures proper alignment with
downspout. Eliminates need for precise cutting
and flanging, reducing installation time.
3. Easy to Install:
· Slip weather cover on incoming downspout.
· Insert incoming downspout to spout stop.
· Adjust to angle needed.
· Tighten hood bolts. Caulk hood.
· Tighten bolts on incoming expansion joint
weather cover.
4. An A-frame may be needed. Incoming spout may
need to be supported.
